Tell me about your Gaeltacht experience GF? |
|
I am keen to attend a week-long Gaeltacht in Ireland at some stage in the next year because I need to as part of a course I'm doing, but Im wondering how does the situation re. GF work out for any of you who might have been? I'm an adult by the way, not in secondary!!
I am a very reactive coeliac and I don't like to take chances with food too much - has anyone been to a Gaeltacht that lets you self-cater in the evenings, or where people don't meet up to eat together at dinner?
Thanks

No, but just to say with the high incidence of CD in the West, they would probably cater for you. I know what you mean about not wanting to take the risk and prepare your own food though. I'm sure some of the more experienced members will have some suggestions for you
