GF CHOCOLATE DREAM DESSERT (WITH ACTUAL PHOTO)

INGREDIENTS:

225g of Mascarpone Cheese
270ml of Double Cream
4 Tbls of Icing/Confectioners Sugar (Sifted)
Grated zest and juice of 1 Lemon
125g of gf Rich Milk Chocolate (Dairyfine available ALDI)

METHOD:

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a Pyrex bowl over
a saucepan of very hot water, stir until melted.

Mix the mascarpone cheese and double cream together in a large bowl,
then divide between two smaller bowls.

Add the sieved sugar and the chopped zest and lemon juice
to one bowl and mix thoroughly.

Stir in the melted chocolate to the other bowl.

Into individual glasses or plastic containers (Like the smaller container in the photo)
place alternate layers of the chocolate cream first, then the lemon cream,
then the chocolate cream, finishing with the lemon cream.

Decorate with grated chocolate and a strawberry, chill before serving.
