Making Ireland to best country to live gluten free

We have put together a schedule of events over 5 days that will combine educational talks and fun activities for all the family.
The week begins with an introductory coffee morning with Coeliac Society staff, where you learn about the Society, our plans going forward, and also get some more details on the week ahead.

Other events during week include a cookery demo, educational talks from leading experts on the psychological aspects of living with coeliac disease and managing your sleep, an Arts & Crafts Corner for our younger members (ages 6-12), an advice seminar on feeding mental health and mindful eating hosted by the Society’s dietician and a mindful meditation practitioner, and a laughter Yoga session to finish the week.

We’ll announce further details about Coeliac Awareness Week 2021 in the coming weeks and we can’t wait to see you at some (or even all) of the activities and talks in May.
