I would like to recommend the Bianconi Inn in Killorglin Co Kerry for coeliacs. They are very accommodating and happily modify dishes to make them gluten-free and are very conscious of cross-contamination. Just say it to your server when you arrive. I would recommend their fish and chips which has a polenta crumb rather than the traditional batter. I am a local and have always been able to relax safe in the knowledge that my food will be gluten-free.
