Nutrition

When it comes to good nutrition, balance is everything. Eating well and feeling great is not about cutting out all the foods you love but maximizing what you can do with what you can eat.

Exercise

Building up your fitness along with a healthy diet is an integral part of the programme. From week one, you will be eased into a series of simple and effective exercises which you can gradually increase at your own pace as you progress through the course.

Recipes

Minding Me Gluten Free is designed to help you boost the nutritional value of what you eat. Our course provides you with lots of recipes and top cooking tips each week, so that by the end of the course you will have dozens of different ways to prepare meals for your healthy, gluten-free eating experience

Mindfulness

A healthy body is complemented by a healthy mind. During the six-week Minding Me Gluten Free course, you will be presented with several practical and easy to accomplish mindfulness techniques which you can implement into your daily routines.
