Donating To The Coeliac Society

The Coeliac Society of Ireland is 80% self-funded. We rely on donations to contribute towards running costs and to maintain our services. There are several ways you can help the society with donations:

  • Make a lump sum donation
  • Set up a monthly direct debit to cover membership and give that bit extra to support the Society
  • Encourage your company to donate to the Society
  • Let us know about Corporate Responsibility Programmes that we might benefit from
  • Let us know about other forms of funding we might benefit from

Claiming Tax On Donations

You can increase the amount of your donation by allowing the society to claim back the tax. The Coeliac Society of Ireland is eligible to claim a tax repayment from the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland on all donations that are made by PAYE taxpayers that are greater than the sum of €250 a year.

Please complete the chy2cert form if you wish to allow the Coeliac Society of Ireland to claim back tax associated with your donation and return to the office at: Coeliac Society of Ireland, Carmichael House, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7.

Setting Up A Direct Debit

To set up a monthly donation please fill in a direct debit form. You can download and fill in the form provided here. Once you’ve signed it please send it to the office. It is important that we have a form with your full name and address and signature.

Thanks very much!
