Ordering gluten free food items online

    Is it always a risk to order online? I ordered twice recently and was disappointed. First order which was a big one arrived badly packed with several baked tarts broken up and in bits due to being very badly packed. And the second order which was also big, arrived with items I did not order but when I contacted them, I was ignored and didn’t get a reply. It feels unfair that if one has an intolerance and one has to pay more to buy gluten free items online – there are very few options for me where I live – that one’s consumer rights are ignored
