When it comes to claiming that a product is gluten free, you need to adhere to European regulations, as well as manufacturing and labelling requirements.

When it comes to claiming that a product is gluten free, you need to adhere to European regulations, as well as manufacturing and labelling requirements. We can help you navigate these, ensuring that your product matches the standards that those in the gluten free community, your customers, expect and look for when purchasing. This includes:

  • Crossed Grain Symbol and certification scheme
  • Labelling rules and regulations
