Husband won’t accept my gluten intolerance

    I felt like that 35 years ago then I made the household completely gluten free , it’s better that way so you don’t have to worry about cross contamination? Hope this helps

    Thanks,Mary. I think my husband is finding it extremely difficult because we’re both 70 now and after 45 years of marriage, I am now unable to share family meals and he has to cook for himself much more than before. I did suggest that we turn the main kitchen into a gluten free kitchen after reading about how other families deal with this but the response was very negative indeed
