Frozen Yogurt with Fruit, Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. gluten free almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 cups low fat strawberry yogurt
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 300g of frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • Toasted almonds, (optional)
  • Maple syrup, (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the yogurt, bananas and half of the berries with the peanut butter using a food processor.
  2. Pour half of this mixture into 4 bowls or cups which can go in the freezer, top each cup with the remaining berries and add the remaining yogurt mix.
  3. Top this with toasted almonds, cover and put in freezer ready for breakfast. To eat remove from freezer andleave at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating.
