BFree Pitta Bread Fillings

- Tuna, sweetcorn, diced peppers, and gluten-free mayonnaise or Greek yogurt.
- Poultry: Cook plain (or ones seasoned with Cajun spices for the more adventurous child) chicken breasts. Dice chicken and fill pitta along with your child’s favourite veggies. Carrot, pepper, or cucumber.
- Stir-fry strips of turkey breast or chicken in olive oil, lemon, and thyme (or any combination your child likes). This is keep once cooled in the fridge for 3 days (in an airtight container)
