Her mission is to provide modern, flexible, effective, and sustainable solutions for overall well-being that align with each client’s unique goals and mission.

Food Business Coach Tracie is a passionate award-winning entrepreneur, qualified executive business coach, and chef, who helps hospitality business owners to unlock their full potential – increasing sales, reducing costs, and improving their operations overall.
With a wealth of knowledge and industry experience in the Food and Education sectors, her advice and problem-solving skills are very much based on regular everyday food service and hospitality queries and dilemmas.
Tracie will be returning to MC the Roadshow once again this October 6th.

Speakers on the Day
Sarah Keogh is the founder of Eatwell and has over 20 years’ experience working in nutrition and dietetics.
Sarah has a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College, Dublin and a Masters in European Food Regulation.
Sarah works with food companies on food legislation and product development as well as delivering workplace wellness sessions and nutrition courses.
Sarah is an outstanding speaker on nutrition whether she is delivering a nutrition session or speaking on radio & television.


Frances Buckley is an Applied Culinary Nutritionist and Chef with over 25 years of professional cooking experience in restaurants and diplomat catering.
Frances is a classically trained chef, having trained in Dublin College of Catering, Cathal Brugha Street. With over 5 years’ experience working in the area of sensory food science evaluation, with Teagasc and Diageo as part of their food sensory testing panels.
For several years, Frances has been a guest judge for the Associated Craft Butchers of Ireland.
Frances attained a Master of Science in Applied Culinary Nutrition at Technological University of Dublin studying Food Safety Management
Applied Culinary Nutrition provides Frances with the expertise to apply culinary skills and nutrition knowledge in developing food for health and wellness. It combines advanced nutrition science with professional culinary skills to provide health supportive meal solutions.
With concentrating her applied research project on coeliac disease, she has evaluated the understanding in workplace catering as well as the potential deficiencies in the gluten free diet.
