Food List 2023
Each year the Coeliac Society produces a “List of Gluten-Free Manufactured Products”, also referred to as the “Food List”.

The Food List
The Food List is compiled in accordance with current EC legislation. The booklet also features “own brand” products that are “gluten-free” from some of the main supermarket chains. If you are a coeliac and eat any processed foods, a current Food List is a valuable resource in selecting food.
Many people are confused by allergen labelling and the more recent EC Gluten-free Labelling Legislation. Members are turning to the Food List for reassurance about what is safe to eat.
The Food List is intended for use as a guide, in addition to checking food labels. Updates are available in the Members Area on this website.

Since being diagnosed and moving on to a gluten free diet, my health has been transformed – all my symptoms have disappeared. The recipes provided by the Coeliac Society are really easy to follow and I love how handy the food list is to keep with me when out shopping.

Being diagnosed Coeliac 5 years ago was a really big shock. Without the Coeliac society in Ireland I would have nowhere to turn for information. I think this organisation should be part of the health service.
