How you eat can have a huge impact on how you feel, how much you eat and even the types of foods you choose. For some people, food is a real pleasure to be enjoyed. For others, food is just fuel and something to get out of the way before moving on to the next thing. But whether you are a lover or a survivor, learning to pay a little more attention to how you eat may be of more benefit than you expect.
