BFree Wrap Fillings
- Use a cooked brown rice as filler similar to a burrito. Add sliced cooked chicken, turkey, or beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce. Add grated carrot, grated cheese, or shredded lettuce.
- Veggie option – spread a Greek natural yogurt, butter, or gluten-free mayonnaise, add sliced cucumber, shredded carrot. As an extra option drain a tin of chickpeas and flavour with a cumin or cajan spice.
