Module 1
This module is designed for all food serving and front of house staff. Emphasising the strong need for communication between the food preparation area and front of house/serving staff.

Module 2
Level 2 is carried out upon completion of Level 1 for all staff who prepare food and for all management/proprietors. The combination of levels 1 and 2 are delivered in 60 minutes.
