I know this is a little late, but for any future colonoscopy
Picolax is the only way to go 😉 – Insist on getting Picolax, they say it does not give a good prep, but it does. People have taken this rather than what was prescribed and post colonoscopy their prep was described as excellent.
You take it with a glass of water, then later on your you take it again with a glass of water, but drink plenty of fluids
Million times better than taking 4 litres with moviprep/kleanPrep
