Baked Oats/Oat Bars

Ingredients

·         100g Low Fat Natural Live Yogurt

·          40g Oats

·          1 Egg

·          A few drops of vanilla extract

 

·          100g Mixed berries

To serve

·          Spoonful of Yoghurt

·          A few berries

 

·          Drizzle of honey

Method

Method:

1.      Preheat oven to 180C fan. 

2.      Mix your yoghurt, eggs, oats and vanilla extract together until combined.  

3.      Stir in the berries. 

4.      Pour into a small dish.

5.      Bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked though. 

6.      Top with a spoonful of yoghurt, a couple berries and a drizzle of honey. 

7.      Grab a spoon and enjoy!

 

Optional Alternative:

 

Prepare your baked oats as above. Bake for just 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Cut into snack bars. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
