Cheese & Poppy Seed Drumsticks
Day 12 – Twelve Drummers Drumming.
Quick & Easy Party Food.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of gluten free ready-rolled puff pastry
- 50g of grated parmesan
- Handful of poppy seeds
Method
1. Heat oven to 220◦c.
2. Unroll the puff pastry, sprinkle on parmesan and poppy seeds then fold in half. Sprinkle more parmesan on worksurface and roll out the pastry to the original size.
3. Cut into 1cm strips, then twist the strips and arrange them on a non-stick baking tray. Bake for 10 mins until golden. Leave to cool. They will keep in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
