Frozen Yogurt with Fruit, Nuts
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. gluten free almond butter or peanut butter
 - 2 cups low fat strawberry yogurt
 - 2 large bananas, sliced
 - 300g of frozen raspberries or strawberries
 - Toasted almonds, (optional)
 - Maple syrup, (optional)
 
Method
- Blend the yogurt, bananas and half of the berries with the peanut butter using a food processor.
 - Pour half of this mixture into 4 bowls or cups which can go in the freezer, top each cup with the remaining berries and add the remaining yogurt mix.
 - Top this with toasted almonds, cover and put in freezer ready for breakfast. To eat remove from freezer andleave at room temperature for 10 minutes before eating.
