Tiger Roll Fillings
- Ham or bacon: Cook a lean low salt loin of bacon or ham according to instruction on pack, allow to cool, when cold slice or shred for sandwiches and rolls. Shred the meat and add a gluten free barbeque sauce or gluten – free mayonnaise.
- Cool leftover roasted vegetables toss with a natural yogurt add a crumbled feta cheese or grated cheese of your choice.
- Grated cheese with chives, leftover cooked broccoli (optional) and cooked sliced chicken.
