    You’re getting glutened, onvsiouly.

    Locate the source and eliminate it. If you’re uunsure what’s causing it, make your diet and eeating methods ultra strict for a while and slowly bring things back until you figure it out.

    If it does not improve I suggest going to your GP, and get referred to a gastroenterologist. To get checked if you have anything else. Or have you also thought about excluding lactose. Many people with Coeliac disease can also be Lactose intolerance, which would usually cause diarrhoea.
