We will ask you questions about your health in relation to the gluten free diet and coeliac disease to ensure we provide the right information to you whilst supporting research into coeliac disease. We are the only organisation in Ireland that manage a register of people who need to follow the gluten free diet, which can help researchers find better solutions to managing the diet, and eventually, curing coeliac disease.
