I’m a coeliac 14years..I suffered with mouth ulcers alot..I stopped using toothpaste with sodium Lauryl Sulfate in it..I use sensodyne
All the time now and never get ulcers..

I usually put my gf food in on a separate dish (not covered) and cook it with other food…I’m 14 years coeliac and never thought of that..
