Hi there – I note that Leon is on the list of gf restaurants. Are they not all closed now?

I would normally loosely cover the gluten containing product and then don’t need to clean oven. I have never had an issue but that could be just me!

We were in New York a few years ago and found the restaurant at The Edison Hotel to be fabulous. If memory serves me right, it was called Friedmans. Almost everything on menu was gluten free and we felt comfortable with everything.
