Gluten Free Halloween
Halloween is right around the corner and to help you have a great celebration, we have put together a list of tips to help keep your caped crusader happy and healthy. In partnership with Rosie & Jim.
Halloween is a holiday like many others which is associated with treats and sweets. Having coeliac disease should not exclude you from any of the associated festivities.
Not all treats need to be something we can eat, here is are some goodie bag suggestions that can be used instead of food:
- Spooky stickers
- Crayons / markers / pens
- Hair accessories
- Miniature figurines eg. Halloween / farm animals / dolls / cars
- Bubbles
- Halloween note books
- Pack of cards
- Dracula false teeth
- Fake blood
- Fake tattoos
- Spinner tops
- Key chains
- Pencil toppers / erasers
- Glow sticks
- Novelty sunglasses
